Do we need a finished route?
No. Send the distance, town, and what you have planned. We can also help with course design.
Can you help renew a certification?
Yes. Send the certificate number or race website, along with any route changes. We’ll review the course and the measurement work needed for recertification.
How far do you travel?
We consider projects across the Northeast. Availability and travel pricing depend on location, course length, and access.
How long does it take?
Many courses can be measured in a day. Mapping, submission, and review by the USATF certifier take additional time. Share your race date early so we can assess the schedule.
Is certification the same as an event sanction?
No. Course certification concerns measured distance. A USATF event sanction is separate.
